Obsolete css?

alot of thing i want to add says go to main css and add "this" in additional css block, but when i go to main css mine says "This CSS file is obsolete and is available here for reference purposes only" and wont let me add, change, or save anything? is there another way around that or do i need a new style or what?

You need to add those things to the additional.css template.

It is a template. Look under Edit Templates.

ok acp>Styles and templates>style manager>my style but not seeing additional.css template. im using 4.1.5 if it makes a difference

ACP => Style Manager => StyleVars (dropdown) => Edit templates => CSS Templates
