Increase preview photo size

On my front page of the cms, the article shows a thumbnail image that is pretty small. I thought I changed it by editing the "vbcms_article_preview_object_size", but that didn't change anything. Everything else I read about, I couldn't find what they were talking about.

The link is giantstridedives.com. I'm rocking 4.1.5. Any ideas?
