Quick Reply Error - Help Please

Just realised that my registered users don't have a quick reply box in threads...

The admin me.. Ive always had a quick reply box and didnt realise the registered users do not have a quick reply box.

Does anyone know why this is and is there a way to turn it on for them?

What do you have set for Usergroup Manager > Registered Users > Require Human Verification on Configured Actions ? And AdminCP > Settings > Options > Human Verification Options > do you have Post checked ? If yes, then they will not have a quick reply box.
