Note: this is not a gripe. I am just wondering if I need to start a ticket or something.

This morning, the fabulous Lynne helped me out with re-gaining my password at the vB members area. My e-mail has changed and I no longer have access to the account I originally used to purchase vB. In no time at all, Lynne had me straightened out, I got my new password, able to access the members' area, etc.

At the same time, I suddenly turned up here as not licensed. I assumed that it was due to the different e-mail accounts. So, I carefully went through my profiles to make sure that both here and the members' area and vB.com all show the same, current e-mail address. I also went through the priority forum support area to make sure that my e-mail address showed up correctly there, and that I did have vB.org checked. All correct. I re-saved, just in case.

There is a disclaimer there that it may take a little bit for these changes to propogate through the system, so I just waited it out. But, it's now been several hours and I still can't access a lot of stuff becuse I still have the "unlicensed" message at the top of my screen.

Should I just wait more, or is this an issue that someone needs to address?

The email you are using for the account you just posted with here, at vbulletin.org, is not one associated with your license account. You need to enter this email into the Priority Support list in order for this account to show up as licensed. You do still have an account here under another name. If you want that information, then you can reply to the ticket you had in with me and I can give you that username.

I went back and re-traced my steps and saw that my old e-mail was still showing up. When I tried to update it, I got:

Apparently, somewhere along the line, I duplicated this somewhere.
