Access to the forum

Is there a mod to give members access to the forum if they have more than like 20 posts. Or is it the admin panel? In vBulletin 3.8.
I can not find anything, only that one can create a password.

You want to make it so that if a guest posts more than 20 times, it auto makes them an account?
