After upgrading to 4.1.5 yesterday I have found a issue with "whats going on" it shows the correct members online but the most ever online is totally wrong, I also use the mod for who visited today and it shows the correct "most ever online" I did disable this to see if there was a conflict there but it didn't help.
also when I click on who's online it only list 2 members while there are many more online, any help with this would be appreciated.

Most users online is stored in the datastore table. If the number is wrong, then something happened to make it wrong (a modification).
As for the rest... make sure you have all default files. Go to maintenance > diagnostics > suspect file verison and make sure they are all fine (no default file should be listed there). Then, try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Thanks for your reply Lynne,

I don't need to know about non-default files - ones that are from modifications as they always get listed there (unless they supply an md5 for the mod). You need to see if any default files show up on that list as not containing expect contents.
Did you try disabling your mods?

You need to see if any default files show up on that list as not containing expect contents.
I have no idea how to do this...sorry and yes I have tried disabling all mods with the config file.
