Is there a mod to tag people in photos?

Also, when you type someones name thats a member on the forum, it will hyperlink their name to their profile and notify the person that someone mentioned them?

Of all the Facebook like features I've seen in mods, I can say that's one I've honestly never seen. Not a bad idea though.
