How to import a video to my menu

Hello, and sorry if im posting wrong

I Have a problem with my video guides.
i have created a menu called "Video Guides" but my problem is how to import/insert some videos behind the menu.

i want it so i can play them directly in a screen on the page without navigating to another.

Hope anyone can help
