cloud hosting specification for a medium forum

Hello,

i have 100 concurrent online user and i am currently on share hosting . i am planning to move on cloud hosting now . here is the configuration for my hosting package .

- single core
-2 GB ram .

My question is will it be sufficient enough to run a forum on this core . I never had a problem with exceeding out the cpu usage from share hosting yet .

Sounds like you should be alright, though single core doesn't say that much about the cpu.
As per cloud storage it's a very good idea to store static content on it but I'm not about database and config files, it probably depends on specific host but I would be a bit concerned about security as the data is then stored across multiple platforms.
