Hi all,
I'm a newbie to this field. I want your help. I was told to upgrade VB to the newest version to enjoy new features or to fix the errors in PHP, MySQL or the very VB. Should I do this? If yes, what version should I upgrade to and how to do? Will there be any error or harms? Thanks.

Are you running a 4.x version now? If so than I would upgrade to the latest 4.x...
If you're running the latest 3.x version and it's working for you, I wouldn't bother for now.
