product import error

I imported Fassim anti spam this morning with no problem. I am trying to get Cyb's advanced forum stats right now. Whenever I try to import it as a product I am getting this message. XML Error: not well-formed (invalid token) at Line 1.

Thinking something was wrong with his mod I also tried another top stats mod and got the same error message. I am downloading the file, going to admin cp, plugin's and products, add/import product, selecting the file, then click import. Thats when I get the error. I am using vBulletin version 3.8.7 forum is www.huntingarkansas.net. Any advice?

If you're downloading a .zip file, are you extracting the files first?

Also look for installation instructions (usually at the top of the mod thread or maybe in the zip file). Sometimes there are other things to do besides importing the product xml file.

Extracting them worked. Thanks, I have no idea why I tried it without doing that.
