View Full Version : Can someone help me get RID of the blogs entirely?

I am brand new to vBulletin, but I know that I am not ready to take advantage of all of the features that it comes with. For one - the blogs. I do not want my members to have blogs.

So - I need to get rid of them entirely.

And I would like the NavBar to only include HOME and FORUM. (But I want it to say FORUMS, instead)

Can someone please help me? I have to launch this website in 5 days!!

You can disable the blogs in the product manager or completely uninstall that part of the suite from the same location.

AdminCP > Plugins & Products > Manage Products

You can disabled the blogs in the Admin Control Panel - Products Manager Section.

Excellent. Thank you. There are so many bells and whistles on this thing, I never even saw that section.

How about getting rid of the "What's New" tab??

There is no option to turn that off, but you can install an addon to do it.
