On my browser it looks fine than again I update mine every time on every other computer I log on from it looks like this... Why is that?

It could be the mod showing recent album pictures on forumhome... check that, disable then refresh the site... if it's gone then you know that the css or a setting within that modification itself needs to be adjusted :cool:.
Edit: To clarify I believe your phone is re-sizing it proportionally to fit your phones screen etc, the default code or css for that mod seems to be designed for pc browsers or standard sites i.e. no less than the min width setting of 650px versus what your phone could be displaying for example 480 or less in width, you'll notice some drastic changes on a few sites let's say if you have a HTC phone, turn it sideways so the screen rotates and now it's slightly different.

I took the picture off the phone because my browers are updated, but when I access it from another computer it does the same thing

Your Random Pictures are in a table. Each image is in it's own column. Columns don't wrap. So, all five get put across the screen like that. You could make the overflow hidden:
