Two questions... First my specs

Afterdark Skin from vbstyles.

My Problems:
1. I had to enable the signature break line, it was commented out, great, its showing now... but its freakin long as hell, and extends off the right side of the page.. How, and where, do I find the code to shorten its length.
2. My avatar when I first get to the forum home page is not being displayed. see attached pic.

Any help would be much appreciated!

1. I'm not sure how its handled in vB4. But did you try to shorten it where you uncommented it? If that doesn't work, does it give you a phrase or something to check out perhaps/

2. Right click the broken image and check the path to your avatar. Compare it with the path to your avatar from a post. Most likely the path is set wrong.

all I was able to change was the thickness, color, and buffer... nothing else... I tried searching for the ___ phrase, but I may not have been in the right section.. not sure which to be in for that one exactly.

as for the avatar the code is <img src="" alt="add/edit avatar - MikeRR" title="add/edit avatar - MikeRR"> shouldnt there be something between the first set of ""? and where would I hun that location down to...

Perform one of expert opinion by the theme itself. ;)

You need to ask these questions of the style designer. We don't know anything about their custom templates (for instance, avatars don't show on the home page by default).

Gotcha. It was an addon that wasnt installed. Thanks.
