Last post banner is covered by signatures

This was inserted with the default "Advertising" utility in Admincp as an ad insert in the last post. Any ideas how to correct?

I've only seen them overwrite where signatures are quoted, other signatures do not seem to block it (ie images), but there are likely more cases.
