use banner to seperate forums

Can VB or is there a MOD that allows using a banner for a forum. Like http://forums.ubi.com/ they use a banner to sperate each forum section

Those are what appears to be the category bars. You could park an image in the catbars with out a title using html code to call the image. Tricky part is getting the image the right height and width.
