How Can I ? Need Help Please

In the cmc only, when I click new articles, I don't have any functions appearing, eg: change text color fonts, size etc, also the Image appears as a link (it doesn't display the image, only the html link).

Assuming this is an unmodified vb, you should try searching at vbulletin.com. If you still can't fix it, open a support ticket.

Is this a new install, an upgrade? Have you emptied your cache? Hard refresh?

It's new, but it was working fine when I posted the first article, but I am not sure what happened.
