Well before buying the classic vbulletin version I saw Digital Point had a nice feature and I founded it but it was for vbulletin 3.x --> https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=157353]<-- I need these for vbulletin 4.1.x since is that one I'm buying . could anyone please code a new one from scratch?

Only the original author, or someone with permission from the original author, may upgrade a mod and release it on vbulletin.org.

If someone was interested they could make a new version from scratch yes. That would be the only way they could release it. Your original request was for an "upgrade" though- that would be the problem.

No, I am not. Not even for money. This looks like a very annoying mod to code IMO. Please stop asking me.

Once you are licensed you will be able to post in our Paid Requests forum and get feedback from coders who might be willing to take the job. Unfortunately until you are licensed there's not much more you can do here. Other webmaster forums sometimes have marketplaces where you can hire coders. No I don't have a link to any of them, just google for webmaster forums and see what you can find.
