Thread Notice

I need to find a way that when a member opens one of my threads that it would display a notice above the thread in some way. Almost like the notice option on VB but just for one thread. Anyone got any ideas if there is a mod that could do this for me. I have tried looking at the mods but cannot see anything as yet

I don't know of a mod that does that. But, there is a template_hook at the top of the SHOWTHREAD page called "showthread_above_posts" so just write a plugin that adds your text to there if the threadid equals xxxx.
