How to change order of links in the nevbar

Hi,

I want to change the location of tabs in the nevigation bar in the header, currently it is -->
Home (Articles) -->Forum --> What's new

I want it to be : Forum --> Home --> What's new and change the name of Forum to Home and the name of Home to Articles.

Anyone knows how to do this?
