Problem with currently active users

I have strange problem

For example: There are currently 9 users online. 1 members and 8 guests

When i click 9 users online, on the next page i got this: 1 members and 0 guests.

Why i cannot see who are the guests: ip etc...

I have vbulletin 4.0.8 version and custom theme

I hope there is a solution for this!
