I wonder how to show a forum post in CMS, not promoting it to article like from this site (http://www.pinoymtbiker.org/)?

That site does not use Vbulletin CMS. It's VBAdvanced.

I am currently using this now but it displays x number of post in a block as opposed to this site (http://www.pinoymtbiker.org/) that displays every post and not inside a block.
