Im trying to find a modification or what ever is used in the pic below i beleive it is used in the usergroup somewhere but not to sure.

oh the xbox or ps3 symbols in front of the persons name.

Have you tried adding <img src="yourimage.jpg"> </img>to the usergroup html markup?

no i havent so using that code i would just put the image in my images folder on my ftp and do somethign like

<img src="xbox.jpg"> </img>

Yes. For example, if you put the image in images/misc, you would use:
<img src="images/misc/xbox.jpg"> </img>

Actually, now that I think about it, add this ONLY in the first (left) box:
<img src="images/misc/xbox.jpg" />

ok ill give it a shot i currently use this in the first box to the left <span style="color: #C11B17;"> and to the right </span>

Thats how ive been changing peoples user class colors is there a way to combine the 2? to have a colored name and the image

Change the first box to this:
