Report PM Fail

I have a Problem on my vb 3.8.2 Board , Reporting Private Messages does not work!


This is the Error Message:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.



It affects all Usergroups!

Whats wrong there?

Does that happen as soon as you hit the report button, or when you submit the report?

why this Error? Should i post my template or settings?

Sorry, I thought I might be able to figure it out since that looks like print_no_permission() is being called, but I can't see why that would happen. So this is happening when you submit the form, and you're not getting the email, right?
