Hello,
In the past few days we've been experiencing issues with fCGI, it appears sporadically but can always be triggered by trying to do a password reset. For example, if I were to try and get my password reset, enter my email, and try to send them, it will time out and pass me to the internal server error page, but then in a few minutes I get my login details.
checking the apache error log:
[Sat Aug 06 19:40:52 2011] [notice] mod_fcgid: process 3630 going graceful shutdown, sending SIGTERM
[Sat Aug 06 19:40:58 2011] [warn] mod_fcgid: process 3630 graceful shutdown timeouted, sending SIGKILL
[Sat Aug 06 19:41:04 2011] [notice] mod_fcgid: process /home/rootzwiki.com/public_html/google.php(3630) exit(communication error), get stop signal 9

I've spent the past day re configuring everything, recompiled apache and php multiple times, all to no avail. We're running vBulletin 4.1.3 Patch Level 3 and only running a few plugins like tapatalk, forum runner, etc. In the past few day's we haven't installed much that would interfere, and while troubleshooting I removed some software installed in the past few days.
