I'd really like to move my tForum to vBulletin. tForum is nice but it has no security against spammers. besides, it's time i step up and make the move but I'd like to not lose all my posts and members.
I haven't seen one yet but I heard talk of a tForum to vBulletin converter a number of years back. I'd really like to move mine over. anyone up for the challenge? Paid of course.
thanks
Larry

Is this something available to members? and is it free upon being a member or will it cost me more money?
thanks.

Impex is tool you will be able to download once you have a vBulletin license from the member's area of vBulletin.com. It allows you to import many dozens of different forums into vbulletin. However, I do not see an an option for "tforum." When googling "tforum" I could not find an official site for it either- just a page saying there are no more developers working on the project.
So right now I can't promise Impex will work for you, you may need a custom script to import your forum. Is tforum based on a more popular free forum script? Maybe it would be compatible that way.
