is there any addons for choose a thread become as hot thread?

Hello...

is there any addon in v4 so i can choose a thread and make it as hot thread? and showing all the hot thread that i choose in the main page of the forum, just like the "VSa - Advanced Forum Statistics"

the VSa - Advanced Forum Statistics have the option to showing the hot thread, but dont have the ability for me as administrator to choose a thread to become as hot thread.
