How to add Quick Navigation to New Posts page?

Basically what the title says. I want to add the Quick Navigation to the bottom of our New Posts page of our site. How do I do that?

I am unfamiliar with QuickNav, but find and copy the contents in the template it is currently in, and then paste it into the new posts template
