Admins on Ignore List?

I have a user that blocked me. which i have banned a few times. So i want to make it so i cant be put on his ignore list or blocked.How can i do this?I cant even find a setting under permissions for this.Also is there a way to make it so you can only ignore people when your in a certain usergroup?

Under Settings -> Options -> User Profile Options, there's "Allow Users to 'Ignore' Moderators", so if you set that to "No" it might solve your problem.

I don't see any setting in the user group editor that would let only certain groups use "ignore".
