Can a qr code barcode be developed in attachment?

for example if you upload an attachment in a post.You can click on view barcode and scan it to your mobile device.To either view photo's or download attachment file straight to your cell phone.

http://forum.xda-developers.com has A "Click for QR Code" on all their attachments.

I've got a QR mod for threads- https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=272976

I have made some edits before I got sick to get it to work with attachments but haven't released it yet, maybe soon, still need to style it right. If it does get released it will be in that thread. But the mod is re-usable code and a good start if anyone wants to work on it.
