Do you mean an apart section for vb 4.1. addons and styles? If so, then all the vb 4.x and 4.1.x mods and styles sections already exist. Click at the mods and/or Styles tabs on top and it will take you there.

The vb4 forums are called 4.x for a reason ;)

They cover 4.0 & 4.1.

Virtually all 4.0 mods work on 4.1 and vice-versa. vBulletin changed their numbering scheme for 4.x, there is no significant difference between 4.0.9 and 4.1.0 like there was between 3.7 and 3.8.
