Making a custom field show on member lists

I have added a few custom fields, but when I tick the option that they should show on member lists they don't.

I went to the vB options too, and it isn't listed there as an option to be displayed.

have they filled in the custom fields yet lol. If there blank they wont show up! or they might be private :o

Yes, they have. And I disable the option to make this information private.
