I have just recently installed adsense next to my logo kind of like how digitalpoint.com has theirs. The code I add is
<table style="MARGIN-TOP: 14px; MARGIN-LEFT: 30px; "
border="0"
cellspacing="0"
cellpadding="0" align="right">
<tbody>
<tr>
<td valign="top"
align="left"><script type="text/javascript"><!--
google_ad_client = "ca-pub-8619966432197316";
/* Actual Ad */
google_ad_slot = "9429292841";
google_ad_width = 234;
google_ad_height = 60;
//-->
</script>
<script type="text/javascript"
src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js">
</script></td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>

It works great but some of my members have said that when you make the browser smaller the menu moves over the ad and it looks bad. How can I make my bulletin fixed so when the browser gets smaller everything stays the same or how can I make when I make the browser smaller every moves just a little to fit the browser?

Thanks :)

There will be a minimum width you can come to before parts of the forum start sliding over each other. If your members are clicking the minimize button on IE then no matter what you do it's going to look like a train wreck.
