Forum Page Titles.

I would like to have my forum page title and description appear proir to the thread forum titles in the browser title bar.

Does anyone have any idea how I can do this please, so it would be something like -

My Great Forum - this is a great forum - Topic1.

I hope I explained it ok, if not please let me know and I will try and elaborate.
