Blocking url links until XX posts

I have a recent issue with spam where they are real people and interact with the forum but randomly post links to sex sites after a post or two. I know I have seen it where you need XX posts in order to post a url on other vB forums but after about 30 minutes searching have been unable to locate any info.

I'm hoping someone can help me, I know it probably won't totally stop it but maybe it can cut down on most of it or maybe someone can suggest a better option.

Maybe try this mod: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=133826 , it's for an earlier version but some comments near the end say that it works with vb3.8

Ah, oops. Ok, open up the .xml in wordpad/notepad and change minversion="4.0.0" to minversion=""
