need help with the "New Navbar Tabs" mod

hey guy's I need help with this mod, https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=235265&highlight=tab+system I don't know how to type the link so that the navbar actually works, I want to add a media archive to my forum but I dunno how to set the link so that the navbar tab works, here's the link to my forum.^ ^
