Under "User Banning Options" in the adminCP options, you can list email addresses or parts of address and ban them from registering.

The one included does not seem to work, kh99. I have included .Info email addresses and span accounts still poor in from it. I used .info, @.info, *@.info, *.info ---nothing seems to work.

Oh..well, that's good to know. I've never tried to use it myself.

If you include a domain name, the included ban option works. ie: extremebacklinks.info will ban all email addresses from that site from registering.
Banning an entire top level domain (in this case .info) has the potential of banning millions of valid email addresses.

There's actually a thread over on vb.com somewhere with thousands of blockable sites - just copy and paste. If you find the link let us know as I haven't updated my blocked email list for a while.
Then again, these days there are probably better spam protection mods.

Its was under.. agressive email options!Personally, I wouldn't enable aggressive email banning. It's just not considered a good way to cut down on spammers, and can lead to trouble with legit users.
BTW, I found the thread at vb.com fairly easily. The newest list is on the last page, but it looks like this may not be a particularly useful way to prevent spam any longer, with some 200 entries on the list, and probably 500 more not.
