can you insert bb code or html into [b]title?[/b]

Hi,
Can "title" take bb code or hmtl? I tried it but with no luck. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

I'm passing two variable into the "title" and would like to display in bold. However, <b></b> doesn't work.

Is possible to use bb code in the title?
