Just have link in email notification without text?

Is there a configuration option somewhere that I just can't find (seems like it used to be there but I can't remember) that allows you to just have the link to the reply post rather than all of the text in notification emails?

I want my users to have to log in to see the reply.

Also, ideally, I would like the moderators to receive the whole message.

Config or add-on?
