Change the width in places

I wanted to know, how I stretch the - header (width) to the end
And I was wondering the same thing about me - footer (width)
I also wanted to know how I change the forum background, and the width

I believe you can change the forum width by editing the stylevars for your style. Search for "doc" in stylevars.

I'm not 100% sure about this though, because I did this to change my forum to a fixed size. Now, I want to make it fluid again, but every time I edit the stylevars, nothing changes!

Any thoughts?
