Hi there,
So I have a very ugly spammer who's still able to spam our forums even after I banned his IP address.
I banned the whole range of 113.199 IP addresses but still he's signing up with the same IP address with new accounts and posting his spams!
How can he does that? Is he using some IP hiding software, how can I find his real IP address and ban it?
Please help
