Message box not working after 4.1.4 upgrade

I upgraded my forum to the latest update as well as applying the most recent security patch.

Now, my message box is not working. The entire area for 'your message' appears, but the box inside where you type, is not functioning at all. It is only working in the advanced message option, not in the quick reply. I used a mod that shows the entire 'your message' area in place of the quick reply - and I tried toggling that on and off, but still no dice.

I also checked and this issue is across ie, firefox, mozilla, etc.

You say you're using a mod to show the full editor in place of QR - are you using the version fo the mod that's for vb 4.1.4?

Yes. I installed and uninstalled the mod to see if there was a difference, which there was not.

I would really appreciate help with this :)

I looked at it a bit (I registered on your site, so you can delete my account if you want). It looks like it has something to do with the custom bbcode buttons, but I don't think those show up normally on the quick reply editor, so that's why I thought it might have something to do with the mod.
