Can some one tell me why my forum has a white background with no theme showing?

Please some one tell me why my forum is showing up like that and what I can do to fix it?

Is this a custom theme, or the default? Try turning off "Store CSS Stylesheets as Files?" under Style & Language Settings.

You need to disable / Set to NO (Allow Users To Change Styles)
Go to AdminCP
Settings
Options
Style & Language Settings
Choose the default style (Back 2 Basics Fluid)
Allow Users To Change Styles - Set to No

then save. ;)
