Bots

I have a big problem, some bots are opening threads and writing messages on my forum...

And everytime to same categories, i deleted that category and now they are open threads to another category. And everytime same category.

How can i stop them? Everytime i ban these users and delete their messeages or threads. But its enough... They are all registered users, not awaiting confirmation...

Please help me or show me a solution...

Recaptcha has been broken for some time now so IMHO it's pointless to use it.
Some use Bad Behavior with Spam O Matic. Q and A with email confirmation seem to work quite well on keeping my place quiet.
