HOw I can make SEO works correctly?

Hi,
I installed my vb on version 3.x but after upgrade to 4.x I started to lost positions on alexa.
I know that alexa is not recommended for a lot of people to measure the SEO, but I started to see that everytime i make a search on google, my site is not longer at top of all the sites named as it was in the past.

any idea?

did your URL structure change from 3.x to 4.x upgrade? If so thats why.
