Can I sticky a post Within an individual thread?

I want to be able to sticky a post at the top of page WITHIN a thread so that every page in the thread starts with this sticky post. Is this possible?

possible only using a modification. I just search vb.org and found one in garbage section. you may need to program it yourself or request it.
