Reorganize

Hello everyone I was wondering if I could ask a few questions and someone would help me with them.

1. The first thing I'm trying to do is remove the settings button in the navbar since clicking on your name does the same thing. Where do you go and how do you remove it.

2. I'm trying to -reorganize the order of the links in the navbar.

3. How do I add to the quick links. I wanna add this below.
