Sidebar/Forum blocks

Not too sure where i went wrong or what i have done but checking the site tonight and when using Firefox the sidebar/Forum blocks show fine but when using Internet ex they dont show up at all down the left side of the page

its fine in ie7. it takes little time but comes.
