Proxy blocker for vbulletin 4

this is a proxy blocker for vbulletin i didnt see one around here so i converted this one from vb 3 to vb 4 hope it helps your forums thanks

There is another one on here that checks port 80. What does this one do exactly to prevent proxies? Because the other one can prevent legitimate users from registering. For example, many college and business users may be connecting from a IP whereas port 80 is open. Does this do the same?

I use a proxy to run my own forum, as I live and work in China. So what will this do to me? I also have thousands of other members using proxies from Asian countries that are blocked normally. What will happen to them?

i guess you and the other members would not be able to use your forum
it is a good idea in one way but as for such as you it will not be a mod you can use
