Classifieds for VB 4.1?

Hey there, I am attempting to establish a classified section for my forum that would not need constant moderation, but would allow me to limit the amount of posts a user can have within a given forum and within a given amount of time. I have yet to find any classified modifications for vb 4.1 that would be able to do this. I would like to have something similiar to PhotoPost PHP, but they don't seem to operate with vb4.1. I appreciate any help in pointing me in the right direction.

Photopost integrates with 4.1. Im setting it up now, and while im having some small hiccups, its working. Others on here are also using it, which is what pointed me in that direction.
